1 bunch Organic Orange Carrots
1 lb Organic Yellow Onions

Beef stock bones are perfect for making your own soup, stock, or bone broth. Bone broth is popular in the Paleo community, but cooks have valued its flavorful quality for centuries. This robust and savory beef broth is more than a stock and makes the basis for innumerable soups and stews or a satisfying and nourishing snack on its own. Bone broth is an excellent source of minerals and is known to boost the immune system and improve digestion. Its high calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus content make it great for bone and tooth health. Bone broth also offers benefits to joints, hair, skin, and nails due to its high collagen content. Whether you consider bone broth to be a miracle cure for all ailments, or just a hearty broth to sip on during cold winter months, it’s a simple way to nourish yourself.

  • Pasture-raised
  • Hormone-free and Antibiotic-free
  • Paleo/Keto/Whole 30

For a great beef bone broth, roast bones for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until browned but not fully cooked. Place in a stockpot with vegetables and aromatics. Cover by at least 3 inches with cold water, bring to a boil, then simmer on low uncovered for at least 3 hours to overnight, skimming the fat every so often. When bones have dissolved, strain the broth into containers to be refrigerated or frozen for future use.  You can also cook bone broth in the slow cooker or crock pot which helps draw out more nutrients. If roasting the bones, we recommend cooking on low for 8-16 hours, skimming fat occasionally and after 12 hours, tasting every few hours to check for bitterness. If bones are not roasted, the broth can be cooked on low for 12-24 hours and tasted for bitterness after about 16 hours.
