Gluten Free Yourself (GFY) Kitchen's breads are a farmer's market favorite, crafted with a proprietary rice flour blend that's free of gluten, nuts, corn, preservatives and artificial ingredients. Scratch made and baked daily, the breads are crisp, but yield to a soft and chewy crumb. 

GFY Founder and New York native, Tim Elias, takes his pizza seriously! After much experimentation and research, Tim perfected his recipe for recreating the classic chew and crisp of a New York city style crust. The 12-inch pizza crust is par-baked and ready load up with all the toppings your heart desires.

Preheat oven to 375F, layer on your pizza toppings, and bake for 14-16 minutes

Ingredients: flour base (white rice flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, Xanthan gum, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt), water, egg whites, butter, honey, yeast, olive oil, salt, apple cider vinegar

Many years ago, after being diagnosed with exercise-induced anaphylaxis triggered by gluten, and learning of the limited options-gluten-free people had available to them, GFY owner and baker Tim Elias began experimenting with his own gluten-free flour blends. Once he perfected his proprietary gluten-free flour, he created recipes and a business plan to take over the world… (or at a minimum, the gluten-free community in Austin, TX). All GFY products are baked from their proprietary gluten-free, nut-free, rice flour blend and contain no preservatives, artificial ingredients, or cornflour. GFY bread is hearty, moist (not crumbly like some gluten-free bread you may have tried), and full of flavor. They're what gluten-free bread is supposed to taste like.
