Ingredients:

  • Pie Filling : Apples, evaporated cane juice, arrowroot starch, water, vanilla, salt. 
  • Pie Crust -Rice Flour, Organic Palm Shortening, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, water, organic powdered sugar (organic cane sugar, organic tapioca flour), vinegar, egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca flour, leavening [*calcium lactate, calcium carbonate, cream of tartar] cellulose gum, modified cellulose) xanthan gum, salt.
This item comes frozen. Continue to freeze until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Warm up in the oven if desired. Consume within 3 days.

All the taste of tradition without the gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, or corn! Going on 5 generations of pie makers in their family, their tradition of making pies is one they hold dear. When several family members, including some of the youngest, tested positive for many food allergies, they had to rethink what desserts were being served at the family table. Out of all the food sacrifices having to be made, pie wasn't something they were going to give up. So, Mama Joyce, 3rd generation pie maker, started dabbling with her recipes and years of knowledge to come up with a crust that is just as tender and flakey as the farm house original. 

Pie Jacked uses fine quality real fruits for their natural fruit fillings and avoid GMO products, opting for real cane sugar that is vegan friendly, and natural alternatives to corn as just a couple of examples. Their crusts are a magical blend of gluten-free flours and non-hydrogentated natural and organic vegan shortenings. Pie Jacked pies were created from a place of love and family, and they couldn't be happier to finally share them with you and your family.
