From your very own oven, enjoy fresh baked everything bagels with fluffy scallion cream cheese. This best-selling duo comes from Rosen's, our local bagel shop specializing in traditional bagels and artisan schmears. Par-cooked and frozen, they're at the ready for you to bake up just one or all six for the hole family. (see what we did there?)Includes:
- 6 count F'rosen's Bake At Home Everything Bagels, frozen
- 8 ounces Rosen's Scallion Schmear
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 425°F degrees
- Place frozen bagels on a parchment lined baking sheet, leaving at least 1-inch of space in between.
- Let bagels thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes, until they’re just soft enough to indent with your finger.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes, then flip, and continue baking for another 11-13 minutes until the bagels have risen and achieved a golden-brown exterior.
- Let bagels cool for at least 3 minutes.
- Slice in half and toast, if desired. Spread with scallion schmear.
