Apache Spirit Bison Co. bison have been humanely raised and harvested, with a grass-based, free range diet that never includes grain on any kind. Leaner than beef, health benefits include: lower fat, low cholesterol high levels of omega-3s, and a great source of selenium, beta carotene, taurine, and the anti-carcinogen CLA (conjugated linoleic acid). Apache Spirit Bison Company is owned and operated by Carson Nichols and John Rhodes. Carson grew up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and has a degree in Business Management from San Antonio College. John was born and raised in Fredericksburg and has a degree in Hospitality Management. The duo are avid outdoors men often found enjoying nature, hunting & fishing, and hiking.
